EverOak Real Estate Group was founded by Trey Rankin with a clear vision: to create a locally owned real estate company built on experience, relationships, and a genuine commitment to serving people and protecting the properties entrusted to its care.
EverOak may be a new name in Auburn real estate, but the experience behind it spans decades.
After more than three decades serving the Auburn–Opelika real estate market, Trey established EverOak to combine deep local knowledge and proven real estate experience with the personal attention, responsiveness, and accountability of a locally owned company.
Joining Trey in EverOak's leadership is Michelle Smith, whose real estate career in Auburn began in 2008. Michelle brings extensive experience in property management, leasing, association management, and residential sales. Together, their experience gives EverOak a strong foundation of practical knowledge across multiple areas of real estate.
At EverOak, we believe real estate is about more than property. It is about people, relationships, and trust.
